Rules And Guidelines

1. Check-In and Check-Out:

   • Check-In Time: Normal check-in time starts at 14:00, but arrangements can be made for earlier or later check-ins if requested in advance.

   • Check-Out Time: Check-out time is before 10:00. If you need a later check-out, please inform us in advance.

2. Room Keys:

   • Keys are handed over during normal working hours after payment and administration.

   • Long-term stay guests must lock their rooms when leaving and keep their set of keys.

   • Lost keys or damaged locks incur replacement costs.

   • Ensure to leave the keys at the reception before checking out.

3. Smoking:

   • Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the rooms.

   • Smoking is allowed outside; use designated ashtrays.

4. Guest Rooms:

   • Visitors must be arranged with management.

   • Maximum occupancy must be adhered to and include children of all ages.

5. Valuables and Security:

   • Lock doors when leaving.

   • Guests are responsible for their safety and security.

   • The management is not liable for lost items.

6. Parking:

   • Free parking is available for guests.

   • Do not leave valuables in parked cars.

7. Toilets:

   • Only toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet.

   • Charges apply for blockages.
